Graham nee Donatelli of Hanover Park, formerly of Chicago will be held Wednesday, October 6, 2021 3:00 - 9:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Thursday 11:00a.m. Following services, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.</p><p><br></p><p>Nancy is the beloved wife of the late Van Patrick; loving mother of Jennifer (Michael Lazarevic) Doran and Jessica (Michael) Baker; adored grandmother of Sean and Samantha Doran, Summer Baker; cherished daughter of the late Frank (late Ruth) and Theresa Donatelli; dear sister of George (Gabby) McCormick and the late Linda (the late Steven) Gessner and Lynn; aunt of many loving nieces and nephews.</p><p><br></p><p>She will also be missed by her dogs, "Oxford", "Isabella", "Sophia" and the late "Damian" (630) 289-8054.</p>Obituary
