May 9, 1961 - September 28, 2021<br/> <br/>Alan Dale Pinkerton, 60, of Scottsboro, passed away Tuesday. <br/><br/>Alan graduated from Lee High School and worked for Kmart for 16 years. He was an avid Auburn Football and Atlanta Braves fan. He enjoyed gardening and canning including his jalapeno peppers. He enjoyed reading and especially the NCIS series which he repeated watching over and over. Alan loved spending time with his family including his nieces & nephews.<br/><br/>He was preceded in death by father, Virgil Henry Pinkerton. <br/><br/>Surviving are mother, Joyce Faye Pinkerton, sister, Tammy (Jeff) Hayes, brother, Andy (Angie) Pinkerton, brother, Gary (LaTesa) Pinkerton, and several nieces & nephews.<br/><br/>Services will be held at Green Valley Cemetery, Friday at 2:00 pm with Bro. Alan Dale Pinkerton, 60, of Scottsboro, passed away Tuesday.

Alan graduated from Lee High School and worked for Kmart for 16 years. He was an avid Auburn Football and Atlanta Braves fan. He enjoyed gardening and canning including his jalapeno peppers. He enjoyed reading and especially the NCIS series which he repeated watching over and over. Alan loved spending time with his family including his nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by father, Virgil Henry Pinkerton.

Surviving are mother, Joyce Faye Pinkerton, sister, Tammy (Jeff) Hayes, brother, Andy (Angie) Pinkerton, brother, Gary (LaTesa) Pinkerton, and several nieces & nephews.

Services will be held at Green Valley Cemetery, Friday at 2:00 pm with Bro. Chris Clark officiating.
