<p>Demetrios C. Adamopoulos, 42 of Elkton, MD, passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at Christiana Care, Union Hospital, Elkton, MD.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>He was born in Wilmington, DE, on January 10, 1979.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Demetrios worked as a B &amp; B Inspector for Amtrak.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>He was an avid comic book reader. The light of his life was his son, Laz. He was a great son, father and brother.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Survivors include his beloved son: Lazarus J. Adamopoulos; his parents: Lazarus and Delcie Adamopoulos, all of Elkton, MD; a sister: Angela S. Adamopoulos McGaughan and his brother in law: Timothy M. McGaughan of St. Petersburg, FL; his loving girlfriend: Tracy L. Hill; 4 aunts: Flora Ramey, Ethel Ludwick, Marlene Nichols and Stacey Parker (Joe); 2 uncles: Golden Workman (Rhonda)&nbsp;and James Allen Workman; and his cousins: Ray Evan Yates, Michell Brooks (Kevin), Timothy Frye, Teresa Sienkiewicz (Dudley), J.R. Patchell (Amanda), Jennings Nichols (Jackie), Andrea Renee Longacre (Frank), Brittany Knight (Tom), Zachary Workman, Justin Workman (Lauren), Josh Workman, Daniel Parker, Kimberly Anders, Emily Workman, Taylor McCulley and Kyle McCulley.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 3, 2021 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD. Funeral services will begin at 4:00 pm.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>All COVID precautions will be taken.&nbsp; Masks and temperature checks will be required.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Demetrios C. Adamopoulos, 42 of Elkton, MD, passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at Christiana Care, Union Hospital, Elkton, MD.

 

He was born in Wilmington, DE, on January 10, 1979.

 

Demetrios worked as a B & B Inspector for Amtrak.

 

He was an avid comic book reader. The light of his life was his son, Laz. He was a great son, father and brother.
