Billie June Saint Whitaker Baker age 80 of Somerville, Alabama went home to be with the Lord & Savior Jesus Christ on September 25th two days before her 81st birthday. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother & great-great grandmother.
She was preceded in death by parents, William "Buck" and Junella Saint; brother, Thomas Saint; sisters, Sharon Rainwater and Rhonda Dunn.
Surviving are husband, Kenneth Baker; sons and daughter-in-law, Terrel (Gail) Whitaker and Kent (Moncia) Whitaker; daughters and son-in-law, Gay (Nolon) Davis and Lisa (Tom) Matkin, sisters, Sarah (Ollie) Keel, Mary Lewter and Bronda Blair; sister-in-law, Shirley Saint; 9 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Special thanks to granddaughter Melissa (Michael) Hayes and family for opening up their home and providing loving care for our mother.
The family will receive friends Wednesday 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel. Services will follow Wednesday at 12:00 pm with Rev. Terrel & Shawn Whitaker officiating.
Interment will be in the Click Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons & great grandsons.
