Stephen Peter Dalton June 7th, 1980 - September 23rd, 2021 It is with heaviest of hearts, the family of Stephen Peter Dalton, aged 41, announce his sudden passing on September 23rd 2021, at the Kingston General Hospital. For those who knew and loved Stephen, a light in our world has been lost. Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, to parents Peter and Juanita Dalton an energetic and witty boy arrived. Stephen grew up in a military family allowing him to develop a knack for making new friends with ease and natural charm, while always holding his family roots in Newfoundland close to his heart. Stephen had a kind spirit and robust sense of loyalty to those he loved. After high school graduation, Ontario became home for most of his adult years. Predeceased by brother Gerard, grandmother and grandfather Campbell, grandfather Dalton, and Godfather Harry Martin. Stephen is survived by his son Adrian (12 yrs), and daughters Lily (4 yrs) and Ellie (6 mos), partner Ashleigh Pierce. Also survived by parents Peter and Juanita Dalton, siblings Jonathan (Laura), Grant, and Kateri, Grandmother Violet Dalton, several aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends turned family including Justine McIsaac, at the Care Hub facility in Kingston. A mass and internment will take place in Newfoundland at a later date. Although his song on earth has come to an end, in our treasured memories Stephen's melody will linger on.
