Christian Bryant Monier

VILLE PLATTE – Funeral services for Christian Bryant Monier, 21, of Turkey Creek will be held at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Ville Platte on Monday, September 27, 2021 at 2:00 PM. 

Brother Cody King will conduct funeral services. 

Burial will be in the Addison Johnson Cemetery, in Turkey Creek. 

Christian Bryant Monier was born February 3, 2000 in Ville Platte to Steven and Krystal Deville Monier.  Christian was an outgoing person who always greeted everyone with a magnificent smile and friendly handshake. He never met a stranger and would always find something to talk about.  He was a 2018 graduate of Pine Prairie High School. 

Christian was an extremely hard-working young man.  He worked for Southwest Beverage Company for three years as a delivery man and also at the Cajun Catfish Kitchen in Bayou Chicot as a cook.  Christian was loved by so many; they will miss him greatly and cherish his memory always. 

He is survived by his parents, Steven and Krystal Deville Monier; sister, Meadow Brees Monier; his paternal grandmother, Mary Leger and husband, Rosco Godeaux; paternal grandfather, Farrell Monier and wife, Patricia; and maternal grandfather, Earl Deville. 

Christian is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Laura Deville. 

At the request of the family, a visitation will be held on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at Ardoin Funeral Home in Ville Platte beginning at 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM.  Visitation will continue on Monday from 9:00 AM until time of service.
