Ms. Mary Frances Parks, age 69, of Dallas, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2021, in Rome, Georgia. Ms. Parks was born on January 15, 1952, in Carrollton, Georgia to Mr. Bennie H. Parks and Mrs. Lillie Mae (King) Parks. She worked in the home health care equipment field for many years. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, daughter, sister and aunt. Ms. Parks was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bennie H. (Lillie Mae King) Parks, her brother, Mr. Bobby Joe Parks and her sister, Ms. Minnie Parks. Ms. Parks is survived by her son, Mr. Shain Pope (Kari); her son, Mr. Todd Pope (Stephanie); her son, Mr. Ronald I. Cook; her grandchildren, Jesse Pope (Kristen), Hannah Pope, Lexi Pope and Morgan Duncan (Kevin); her great grandchildren, Allie Pope, Jaxon Pope, Katelyn Pope, Isabella Pope and Charlotte Duncan; her sisters, Carol Paschal, Marie Wigley, Kathy Wright (Jimmy) and Connie Turner (Doug) and her brothers, Charles Parks, Mike Parks and Bruce Parks (Karen); several nieces and nephews also survive. In accordance with Ms. Parks’ wishes, her remains will be cremated and no further services are planned at this time.January 15, 1952 - September 25, 202101/15/195209/25/2021
