TED ARD KINSEY…Ted Ard, a resident of Kinsey, AL, passed away Saturday morning, September 25, 2021, at his home where he resided for 56 years. He was 79 years old. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Monday, September 27, 2021, at Wright Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel in Headland, Alabama with Reverend Scott Garvin officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 P.M. 3:00 P.M. prior to the service. Wright Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements. Ted Ard was born on September 01, 1942, to the late Annie Lee and Timothy Ard of Dale County, Alabama. He worked 41 years as the owner of A & M Electrical Construction Company, Inc. Leaving to cherish his memories is his wife of 58 years, Annette Fails Ard; his daughters, Starla Hudson (Stan) of Dothan; Tracey Dunn (Jamey) of Dothan; Stacey Capps (Chris) of Headland; grandchildren, Stanley Hudson (Sunnie), Zack Nowell (Savannah), Kathryn Whatley (Hunter), Wesley Hudson (Britney), Brandon Capps, Anna Elizabeth Pope, Emma Grace Dunn; six sisters and three brothers.
