Obituary
Kylee Beverly Ann Guyton-Robinson, age 19, passed away on Sunday, September 19, 2021, in Minneapolis. Kylee was born on July 31, 2002, in Maplewood, MN, to John Will Guyton III and Barbara Robinson. She grew up in Roseville, where she loved going to Adventure club and playing with her friends.
Our dear Kylee was a beautiful young lady, shy and still outgoing. She loved doing her makeup and dressing to impress. Her desire was to be a cosmetologist. She was tough and loyal to family, always sticking up for her sisters. She loved being around her family. Kylee was strong, smart, kindhearted and very creative. We will miss her and that smile that could brighten up anybody’s day.
Kylee was preceded in death by her father John Will Guyton III; significant other Alexander Lagarde; grandparents Margaret Fairbanks and Franklin Robinson; and many other aunts, uncles and loved ones. She leaves behind her mother Barb Robinson; sisters Denise (Ne-C), Maggie, and Ronnie Robinson and Jackie Guyton; nieces Ciara and Camille Vermillion; nephews Michael and Makai Robinson; grandmother Beverly Guyton; and many more loved ones.
A wake for Kylee will begin at the Church of Gichitwaa Kateri, Minneapolis, MN, on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at 10:30am, with a spiritual ceremony at 6pm, and the wake continuing until Wednesday, September 29, at 10:00am, when she will be transferred to the Mission Community Center, Cass Lake. There the wake will continue until the traditional service on Thursday, September 30, at 10:00am. Steve Jackson will serve as spiritual leader. Pallbearers will be Troy Friend Jr., Brett Drumbeater, Les Robinson, James Howard Jr., Gordon Fairbanks, and Carl Fairbanks. Honorary pallbearers will include Jayden Fairbanks, Jarvaughn Washington, Donald Oakgrove IV, Codey Vermillion and Mitch Norris.
