Geneva J. Carrico, 92, of Carrollton, Ky, passed away September 24, 2021, at Bedford Springs Nursing Home.

 

  She was born on May 18, 1929, in Henry County, KY, to the late Noah Scott Meadows and Erma Chandler Meadows. Geneva retired from Carroll County Hospital, where she worked in housekeeping. She enjoyed cleaning and spending time with her family.  Geneva was of Baptist faith.

 

  Geneva will be missed by her daughter, Patty Green and her husband, David of Carrollton, KY, her son, Chuck Carrico and his wife, Kim of Bedford, KY, a sister, Martha Stewart of Owenton, KY, two grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren.

 

  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William Smith Carrico, a daughter, Linda Baker in 1986, five sisters, Mary Jo Hughes, Gertrude Meadows, Kathryn Ogburn, Wilma Webster, and Hilda Brown, five brothers, Glen Scott Meadows, Bud Meadows, Lawrance Meadows, Dalton Meadows, and Raymond Meadows, and a granddaughter, Lisa Baker
