WARNER ROBINS, GA-Amalie D'Angelo, 86, passed away on Friday, September 24, 2021. A Graveside service is scheduled for Monday, September 27, 11:00AM at Magnolia Park Cemetery. A family visitation is scheduled for Monday, 10:00 until 10:50AM at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home, one hour before the graveside service. The Reverend Randy Harris will officiate. Amalie was born July 4, 1935 in Frankfurt, Germany to the late Otto and Amalie Leichum. She was known for her excellent work as a seamstress. Amalie was a member of the Eastern Star and the German Club. She enjoyed the company of her close friends, family, and her cats. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother and everyone who knew her will miss her. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Louis D'Angelo. Amalie is survived by her son, Terry Guthrie, II; two daughters: Bettina(Mark) Layfield, Patricia Guthrie(Tom Riddlemoser); five grandchildren, Terry Guthrie, III, Natalie (Chris), Andrea(David), Kathy (Chad), Christian (Sylvia), and eleven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
