Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers as they go through this time of bereavement.

Due to COVID-19 regulations and guidelines, physical distancing practices will be in place, and MASK ARE REQUIRED for those that will be attending the service. The family is the main concern during this time of bereavement and space will be limited. We have to ensure the family is able to attend, so there is a possibility of some friends not being admitted. However, the service will be LIVE-STREAMED.

For those that will be coming to the service the cemetery is located off I-75 Exit 283 (Emerson/Allatoona) and it's directly across the street from the Love's truck stop.

On September 23rd, the day that would have been Frank and Flonnie’s 60th wedding anniversary, Frank Wiley Jr. was reunited in Heaven with the love of his life, Flonnie Mae Wiley. Such a testament to the love that they shared.

Frank was born December 25th, 1943, in Cartersville, GA, to the late Frank Wiley Sr. and Hattie Sloan. After the passing of his father early in life, Robert Sloan took on the responsibility of raising him to be the man that he was. Being raised in Philadelphia for several years, Frank returned to Cartersville where he met the love of his life, Flonnie and started their family. He always said he had no biological living siblings, but he gained many when he married Flonnie. Brothers that he would forever treasure.

Frank retired from Lockheed Martin after 43 years of service to care for his beloved wife. He was an avid gardener, loved astronomy and made sure to always play his lottery numbers daily.

Many didn’t know, but Frank was a silent giver with a servant's heart. He loved helping others and would give them the shirt off of his back, but never needed recognition. One of his greatest joys was always spending time with his children and grandchildren. Family was everything to him. He devoted his years to supporting and caring for his beautiful bride without question or hesitation. It brought him great pride and joy to care for his family.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents: Frank Wiley Sr, Hattie Woods Sloan, stepfather Robert Sloan; Grandparents: Candy Nelson Woods and AJ Woods; Sisters: Ether Carson, Frankie Wiley; Uncles: Gus and Glen, and Aunts: Betty, Samantha, Florence, and Pearl.

With love Frank and Flonnie had four children, fifteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Children: Reginald, Telecia, Vince, and Bridgette. Grandchildren: Tarrica (Charles), Bryan (Harriette), Reginald Jr. (Matshelah), Shomari, Yaharah (Cameron), Yareheet, Tory, Ahsher, Deja’ (Brendan), Avivyah, Shemrah, Zayde, Sahrah, Heaven, and Faith. Great-grandchildren: Tyrik, Nisa, Tyra, Jaden, Elijah, Mikhae’el, Destiny, Brodi, Casiah, Adinah, Ari, Courage, and Aeris. Aunt Beula Sloan, Uncle Albert (Mary Ann).

A special thanks to Deacon and Sister Terry Webb, neighbors for over 50 years. He had a very special bond with his niece, Aleasha (Mondarius) Maxwell and nephew, Mike Linley, as well as his special friends Lamar Banks, Sandra Garnigan, Michele Spence, and Mia Reynolds with a host of close friends and relatives that he loved enormously.
