Grace Boe (Hoff), 94, of Brooklyn Park, Mn. (formerly of Crosslake and Minneapolis) passed away Wednesday September 21, 2021. A celebration of life will be 2pm on Sunday September 26th at the White Funeral Home in Apple Valley, Mn. with a visitation starting at 1pm. Interment will take place in Pequot Lakes, MN.

Grace was born to Bottolf and Anna (Enes) Hoff on May 24, 1927 in Pequot Lakes, Minnesota.

Grace graduated from Pequot Lakes High School in 1945, and Abbott Hospital School of Nursing in 1948. Grace was in the last class of Cadet nurses. She worked many years as a registered nurse, retiring in 1987 from Abbott Northwestern Hospital as the director of Patient Representatives.

Grace is survived by her children; David (Jean), Dennis (Katy), Douglas (Carol) and Diana Oelfke (John); nine grandchildren, Amy Larson (Richard), Chris Boe (Tania), Casey Boe (Gail), Corey Boe (Kristen), Molly Ries (Charlie), Bryan Boe (Jen), Eric Oelfke (Jenna), Allison Makozak (Sam), and Abby Oelfke; fourteen great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-eight years, Gerald (Gerry) Boe; her parents; sister Benora (Bonnie) Solomon and brother; Avery Hoff.
