Shaun Kelli Summers Morgan, 43, of Calhoun, passed away on Monday, September 20, 2021, at AdventHealth-Gordon following several weeks of declining health.

She was born in Harvey, Illinois on June 13, 1978, the daughter of John Melvin Summers and Donna Matthews Oliver. She attended Gordon Central High School and was employed by Toyo Tire Corporation. She enjoyed being with her son and spending time with family, friends, and traveling.

Survivors include her son, Deven Cook; parents, Donna and Paul Oliver and John Melvin and Delores Summers; brothers, Shane Summers, Chris Summers (Jimmi), John Summers (Melody), Cody Summers; a special friend, Lamar Cook, and her fur Baby Sherman along with nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

Funeral services for Shaun Kelli Summers Morgan will be conducted Friday, September 24th at 1:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Mitch Phillips officiating. Interment will follow in Gordon Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers serving will include John Summers, Chris Summers, Shane Summers, Dakota McCormick, Destin Summers and Lamar Cook.

The family will receive friends Thursday evening between the hours of 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
