Obituary

Brian Keith Shaw, 60, passed away September 18, 2021.

He was born to Amy and Ronald Shaw on February 6, 1961 in Latrobe PA, and made sure that everyone knew the best things came from Pennsylvania. He was also an avid Pittsburgh sports fan, keeping up with all Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates games - Go Steelers! Brian also lived in Colorado and Kentucky before moving to Georgia.

We were privileged to have him in our lives, and will look back on our memories and recall his stories fondly. Brian’s greatest joy in life came from making others laugh and spending time with his loved ones. He was the very definition of strength and dedication – he was “tougher than a $2 steak” as he was always known to say…and he sure was! Brian’s compassion and generosity was expressed in many ways, including sharing his knowledge, teaching everyone he could, whether it was lessons related to work, or life. Brian had a profound impact on many people’s lives. Loved ones will never forget his sharp intellect and wit, great sense of humor, and his fantastic taste in music.

Brian is survived by his wife Tracy Stever, daughter Kristen (husband Josh and two sons Logan and Maximus), son Tony (wife Jessica and two children Isabella and Levi), daughter Amy (partner Devon), and many other family members and friends.
