<p>William Carl Foster, 76 of Rossville, passed away Saturday, September 18th, 2021 in a local hospital.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Carl was born and raised in the Chattanooga and North Georgia areas and was of the Baptist faith. He graduated from City High School and worked for Bi-Lo for over 30 years before retirement. Carl was a loving husband and father and enjoyed spending time and talking with his friends. He enjoyed walking his dog, Bear, and dearly missed him. Carl adored his family and cherished his time playing with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Carl was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Lottie Foster.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Billie Sue Foster; children: Mark Foster, Lori Foster, Amanda (Billy) Bradford, and Sara Foster; grandchildren: Kelsey Foster, Billy Bradford, and Haley Bradford; great grandchildren, Emma Bradford and Landon Gribble; and a host of friends.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 24th, 2021 at 2:30pm in the South Crest Chapel with Pastor Terry Phillips officiating. Carl was born and raised in the Chattanooga and North Georgia areas and was of the Baptist faith. He graduated from City High School and worked for Bi-Lo for over 30 years before retirement.
