Carolyn M. Mitchell of Bel Air passed away on Sunday, September 19 at Gilchrist Hospice in Towson. She was 72. Born in Baltimore, MD she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Eleanor (O’Bryan) Stanton and wife of the late Allan S. Mitchell who passed in 2017. An executive assistant at the First National Bank of Maryland, Mrs. Mitchell was a member of the Havre de Grace United Methodist Church. A service will be held on Friday, September 24 at 10:00am at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home. Interment will be at St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery.
