**Due to current Covid regulations anyone attending the funeral service or  visitation must show proof of vaccinations and the wearing of masks is mandatory.

    The death of Benoit (Ben) Carrier of Murdochville passed away on September 18, 2021 at CLSC in Murdochville at the age of 87. Born in Lorne, he was the son of the late Marie Jeanne Francoeur and Daniel Carrier . 

        Ben is survived by his children; Suzanne Carrier of Quebec, Phillipe of Quebec, Denise Carrier of Murdochville, Rachel Carrier (Joseph Rehel) of Douglastown; grandson Aiden Carrier- Rehel as well as his brother Richard and sister Gloria. He was predeceased by his wife Charlotte (Betty LaPointe) 

    His service will be held at MacMillan and Drapeau Funeral Chapel in Benjamin, 24174 route 134 Benjamin River. Thursday September 23, 2021 at 3:00pm with visitation at the funeral home from 1:30pm until time of service at 3:00pm.

    Funeral arrangements are in the care MacMillan’s Funeral Home in Black Point.
