Albert Swartz, Jr, age 53, of Piqua, OH passed away at 4:30 PM on Sept. 17, 2021 in his residence. Al was born in Piqua, OH on Sept. 1, 1968 to the late Albert and Helen (Kesler) Swartz, Sr. On June 16, 2015 in Piqua, OH he married Jewell (Fuston) Swartz and she survives. Al is survived by six children: Tiffany Evans, Upper Sandusky, OH, Jordan Evans, Tipp City, OH, Albert and Crystal Swartz, III, Dayton, OH, Zack Swartz, Springfield, OH, Rachael Swartz, Columbus, OH and Tammy Swartz, Ludlow Falls, OH; three sisters: Mary Kreitzer, Greenville, OH, Nancy Birt, Piqua, OH and Rose Hobb, Indiana; one brother: Bill Swartz, Greenville, OH; ten grandchildren. Al is preceded in death by two brothers: Daniel Swartz and Frank Kesler. Al was a mechanic and loved working on cars. He liked to listen to music, however he was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and a big WWE wrestling fan. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday Sept. 22, 2021 at Melcher-Sowers Funeral home, Piqua, with Pastor Scott Stremmel officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery, Piqua. OH.
