Sarah Ann Stephens Obituary

Mrs. Sarah Stephens, 82 of White, passed away on September 17 at Piedmont Cartersville Medical Center. Born on April 9, 1939 in Bartow County, she was the daughter of the late Everett and Ollie Mae Garrison. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John Lee Stephens; ex-husband, Jimmy Pinion; sister-in-law, Maxine Garrison; niece, Sandra Garrison, and grandparents. Survivors include her sons, Mark Stephens of White, Scott (Kim) Stephens of Rainelle, West Virginia; brother, Jack (Sheila) Garrison of Gainesville; Sister Ruthelle (Claude) Meeks of Cartersville; granddaughter, Desiree Stephens of Chattanooga; fur baby nephew, Lucha Meeks; several cousins, and many friends. Sarah loved the Lord, her family, special friends, and her life these 82 years, but she was ready to gain her angel wings and is now rejoicing in heaven with her loved ones. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Per her request, there will be no arrangements. She will be buried at Oak Hill Cemetery in Cartersville next to the love of her life, John Lee.
