<p>Mr. Clazer Richbeau (Ceaser Richbow) the son, of the late Elijah and Amelia &ldquo;Lizzie&rdquo; Pringle Richbow was born on November 28, 1932 in Horatio, South Carolina.</p> <p>He received his education at Westberry School in Horatio, South Carolina. He lived and worked in New York for many years as a construction worker. He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior.</p> <p>In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, (Shirlyn Richbow-Russ), two sisters, Janella Richbow and Gladys Richbow-Walker, and a brother-in-law Pinkney Dinkins.</p> <p>He departed this earthly life on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital, Sumter, South Carolina.</p> <p>He is survived by ten children, Calvin (Juliann) Nelson, Mary R. Richbow, Elizabeth (Darryl) Moore, Ceaser Richbow, James Richbow, Gerald (Cardean) Miller, Clyde (Peggy) Miller, Toney (Marjorie) Richbow, Reverend Linda Richbow and Wayne (Sharon) Richbow; twenty grand-children, fourteen great-grand-children; two sisters, Emma Habersham and Francis Dinkins, a host of nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Obituary

Mr. Clazer Richbeau (Ceaser Richbow) the son, of the late Elijah and Amelia “Lizzie” Pringle Richbow was born on November 28, 1932 in Horatio, South Carolina.

He received his education at Westberry School in Horatio, South Carolina. He lived and worked in New York for many years as a construction worker. He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, (Shirlyn Richbow-Russ), two sisters, Janella Richbow and Gladys Richbow-Walker, and a brother-in-law Pinkney Dinkins.

He departed this earthly life on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital, Sumter, South Carolina.
