Gail (Ingalls) Erickson
Gail (Ingalls) Erickson, 70 of Bemidji, MN passed away suddenly September 16, 2021. Gail was born on July 17, 1951 to Eugene and Lucille (Eveslage) Ingalls in Bemidji, MN. She graduated from Bagley High School. Shortly after high school she moved to the twin cities, where she worked and raised her daughter Debi. She moved to Bemidji to be closer to family and friends. Gail was married to Clarence “Sonny” Erickson until his death in 2006. Her kindness, nurturing touch, and abundance of love was what was most prevalent to her family and friends. Gail was preceded in death by her husband Clarence “Sonny” Erickson, her father Eugene Ingalls, sister Cynthia (Ingalls) Tangeman, and nephew Billy Ingalls. Gail is survived by her mother Lucille (Ingalls) Hanse, brothers Terry Ingalls and Lucky Ingalls, daughter Deb (Tom) Gust, granddaughters Madysen Braaten and Brynlee Gust and also her closest group of friends, Patsy Boe, Bev Lindgren, Barbie Jesness, MayEllen St. George, Maria Johanneson and many more. A private burial service will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the Alida cemetery for her family and close friends. After the burial we invite all that knew Gail to come to a Celebration of Life lunch at the Bagley American Legion at 2:30 pm.
