FRANK LAJUAN GIBSON, age 42, of Austin, Minnesota died unexpectedly on September 12, 2021 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato. Born in Chicago, Ill, to Frank McCain and Leila Gibson-Tucker. He attended Franklin Elementary and E.C. Central High School in East Chicago, Indiana. Survived by his children: Savannah Gibson and Frank Landon Gibson; mother, Leila Gibson-Tucker; father, Frank Lathen McCain; siblings: Tracey Gibson, Tiera Carlyle, Thomas Gibson, Carlos Gibson, and Dennis Gibson; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Preceded in death by his grandmothers: Maggie Gibson and Ernestine McCain; grandfathers: Thomas Gibson and Billy Fisher; brother, Michael Gibson; niece, Taiyah Sanders. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM on Monday, September 20, 2021, at Woodville Cemetery in Waseca with a visitation for one hour prior to the service at the cemetery.
