Johnathan R. Lemieux, 30, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 13, 2021 in Sanford.

He was born on November 8, 1990 to Paula Lemieux in Sanford where he grew up and attended local schools, graduating from Sanford High School. He specialized in automotive in school, where he continued to grow his skills and love for cars.

Aside from cars and working on them, he also liked to ride BMX bikes.

John's life was spent working hard and playing hard. He was a free spirited man who was genuinely caring and giving. He loved his children immensely and liked to have fun and be goofy.

Survivors include his mother, Paula Hawker of Sanford, his sister Jasmine Knight of Sanford, his daughter Savana Lemieux , his son Caden Lemieux, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Sanford at the family's request, a private celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of Black Funeral Homes and Cremation Service, Sanford-Springvale.
