Phousalinh Khounpanya of Osseo passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2021. She was 67 years old. Phousalinh was born in Paksan, Laos to Noi and Dam Phomsavath. She is the 6th oldest of 11 children.  (6 girls and 5 boys). She was one of the few women allowed to jump out of a plane while serving in the military in Laos. Standing only 5ft tall and around 100 lbs, she was well respected by many.

Phousalinh enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, shopping with friends, fishing, gardening vegetables and planting hydrangeas. She loved talking on the phone with her sisters and friends daily. She was a very humble and giving person and always put others first before herself. She was set to retire in January 2022.

Phousalinh was preceded in death by her husband Bounpanh, She is survived by her children Thong, Aliya and Robert (Gao), 11 grandchildren Serina, Evalyn, Angelina, Arieanna (Garrett), Victor, Gage, Kayden, Madilynn, Isabella, Juliana and Cody, 1 great granddaughter Anya. 4 Sisters Torn of Laos, Chantha of Minnesota, Phouvane of D.C., Phouveune of Rhode Island, 4 brothers Luvarn of Laos, Khamla of Rhode Island, Xay of Minnesota, Khoung of Minnesota.

Visitation and Funeral Services 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Miller Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be at NOON.
