<p> </p> <p>Rodolfo “Rudy” Villagomez Jr., 55, of Willmar, died Tuesday, September 14th at his home. His funeral service will be at 11:00 am, Friday, September 17th at Harvey Anderson Funeral Home in Willmar. Visitation will be one hour prior to his service. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Willmar. www.hafh.org<br /> </p> <p>Rodolfo Villagomez Jr. was born December 9, 1965, to Rodolfo Sr. and Belia (Perez) Villagomez in San Juan, Texas. While growing up, Rudy and his family moved around frequently before he moved to Willmar. Rudy was a Christian and enjoyed going to church and praying for people. He was a people person, often making friends wherever he went. A frequent stop for him was Walmart where he met his favorite pastor! He had a huge heart and would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. Rudy also enjoyed listening to music, especially Spanish, Christian Rock, and Rock and Roll. Rudy even played the drums. Above all, Rudy loved his family and spending time with them. He was a loving dad and grandpa.</p> <p> </p> <p>Rudy is survived by his mother, Belia P. Villagomez, children: Rodolfo Villagomez III of Willmar, Jacob Jake (Stephanie) Villagomez and their children: Izaerek and Jaxon of Farmington, April Lee (Ian) McGillivray of Willmar and their children: Ainsley and Korbin, and Stephanie Ashley Villagomez of Princeton; siblings: Belinda V. (Juan) Solis, Reymundo (Lisa) Villagomez, Veronica Villagomez, and Belia Villagomez.</p> <p> </p> <p>He was preceded in death by his father, Rodolfo Villagomez Sr., and brother, Ricardo Villagomez.</p>Obituary
