Ballinger, Alice L., age 68 of Germantown passed away September 15, 2021 at Sycamore Hospital. Alice was born in Dayton, OH to the late Charles and Roberta (Ebert) Powell. Alice was a loving and caring person who enjoyed arts and crafts, loved being around people, especially her family, and always enjoyed spending time with her grandson, Brent (BB).  Along with her parents she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Renee Ballinger, and her sister Leslie Schenker. Alice is survived by her husband of nearly 50 years, Paul Ballinger, her daughter Paula Ballinger, grandson Brent Aldridge, Jr., her sister Marie Branscomb and numerous extended family members and dear friends. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 20, 2021 at 11:00am at the Arpp, Root & Carter Funeral Home, interment immediately following at Highland Cemetery in Miamisburg. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 10:00am.
