Dear brother of Connie Stanley and Ernie (Shelly) Ratliff. Dearest grandfather of Jason (Christina), Robert, Jacob, and Paxton. Loving great-grandfather of River. James was preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Ethel Ratliff. James will be deeply missed by family and friends.
