Teressa Pittman Asby, 62, of Newport, passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at Carteret Health Care.

Services for Teressa at Munden Funeral Home will be private.

Teressa was born on July 23, 1959, in Sea Level, North Carolina, to the late Franklin and Annie Pittman.

She is survived by her daughter Melissa Willis of Newport. Her daughter Jacqueline Asby Madison and husband Joshua of Newport. Her son Cody Pittman and fiancé Aida Strickland of Swansboro. As well as her grandchildren Jared Norwood, Ryan Norwood, Jacob Felton, Logan Pittman, Isabella Strickland, Mackenzie Asby and Riley Madison.
