Richard F. Garneau, Jr., 43, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, September 8, 2021. 

Born in Providence, he was a beloved son of Richard F. and Kathleen Garneau, Sr.

Richard worked as a carpenter for Carpentry Plus for many years. He was a genuine and caring person who was devoted to his family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he leaves three daughters, Brianna Garneau, Angelina Garneau, and Hannah Mekuto, four siblings, Serena Garneau, Jesse Garneau, Joshua Garneau, and Elizabeth Garneau, a grandson Atticus Doyle, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends. 

Visiting hours will be held Friday morning from 9:00 - 12:00 from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street Providence. A funeral service will begin at noontime. Interment will be private.
