<p>Michele Lee Maxwell Collins, age 37, of Harrison, AR passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021.&nbsp;&nbsp;She was born January 16, 1984, in Parsons, West Virginia to Harold Steven and Carolyn Jane (Phillips) Maxwell.</p> <p>Michele was a CNA and had worked at several Nursing Homes in Boone and Carroll County.&nbsp;&nbsp;She had a big heart and would help anyone she could.&nbsp;&nbsp;Michele loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting, camping, riding her 4-wheeler and was a &ldquo;ride or die&rdquo; kind of girl.&nbsp;&nbsp;Most of all, she loved her family and was an amazing wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.</p> <p>She is survived by her husband, John Dean Collins of Harrison; son, Peyton Collins, and his wife Courtney Asbury of Bergman;&nbsp;parents Steven and Carolyn Maxwell of Berryville; honorary dad, Gene Sovza; mother-in-law, Jennitta Farmer; and Grandmother Mary Fode both of Bergman.&nbsp;&nbsp;Also, many nieces, nephews and fur companions, including Tiny and Blaze. &nbsp;</p> <p>She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Edgar Phillips Sr, Goldie Phillips, and Harold and Margie Maxwell;&nbsp;one aunt, Rose Shawyer; father-in-law John Dean Collins Sr and step-grandmother Phyllis Maxwell.</p> <p>A Celebration of Life service will be 2:00 PM Monday, September 20, 2021 at Smith Family Funeral Home in Green Forest.&nbsp;&nbsp;Pastor Jerry Scitern will officiate.&nbsp;&nbsp;Memorials can be made at www.smithfamilyfuneralhome.net</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Obituary

Michele Lee Maxwell Collins, age 37, of Harrison, AR passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021.  She was born January 16, 1984, in Parsons, West Virginia to Harold Steven and Carolyn Jane (Phillips) Maxwell.

Michele was a CNA and had worked at several Nursing Homes in Boone and Carroll County.  She had a big heart and would help anyone she could.  Michele loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting, camping, riding her 4-wheeler and was a “ride or die” kind of girl.  Most of all, she loved her family and was an amazing wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.
