Mary Frances Holloway

Mary Frances Holloway, 78 of Pelham passed away Monday, September 13, 2021 in Camilla, Georgia. A Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, September 16, 2021 in the chapel of Rainey Family Funeral Services. The interment will follow in Arabi Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service Thursday beginning at 2:00 p.m. Mary Frances was born in Ashburn, Georgia, the daughter of the late James Taylor Goodman and Fannie Malissa Allbritton Goodman. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Claude Allen Holloway. Mary Frances was one of the most loving and giving people you could ever meet; she cared for everyone and would do just about anything for them. She enjoyed being a grandmother and cherished her time with her grandchildren; relishing chances to give them advice on life. She loved her gospel music and was known to crank up the volume on the television high enough, others could hear it outside the house. Her family will always remember her ability to make people laugh. Mary Frances is survived by her daughters, Sandra Lynn Truitt (Mike) of Camilla, Lisa Ann Maxwell (Roger) of Camilla; brother, Jimmy Goodman (Judy) of Vienna; sister, Wynell Atkins (Davis) of Dawson; grandchildren, Michael Truitt, Justin Truitt, Hannah Hudson, Ashley Maxwell, Austin Maxwell, and Carrie Maxwell; great-grandchildren, Jamie Thomas Truitt, Kaylee Marie Truitt, David Allen Truitt, Will Washington, Addison Truitt, Jessica Maxwell, and Anthony Maxwell. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Raymond Goodman, Floyd Goodman, James Goodman, and Herman Goodman; and her sister, Betty Latrell Goodman.
