Norman Albert Caducoy “Tito”, was born on December 30, 1970 to Elias and Maria Caducoy in Kingsville, Texas.  He was the youngest child of four his brothers are Benjamin Clarin, David Clarin and a sister Norma Caducoy.  His father Elias was in the Navy and move multi places.  Tito lived in Kingsville, TX, Norfolk , VA , Algiers, LA and San Diego, CA.
As a child Tito would be playing with his cars, outside catching lizards and love playing with his friends.  He was very picky with what he ate, and would always  “mommy, my stomach wants hotdogs with ketchup” or his other favorite one was “mommy my stomach wants chorizo con huevos”.
