<p>Mrs. Betty&nbsp;Faye McKethan, 79 of St. Pauls, NC peacefully passed on Sunday, September 12, 2021.&nbsp; Funeral Service will be Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 11:00 am at Little Marsh Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church, 301 Martin Luther King&nbsp;St., St. Pauls, NC&nbsp; &nbsp;Viewing:&nbsp;10:00 - 11:00 am at Little Marsh Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church, Pastor Paul A. Sewell, Officiating.&nbsp;&nbsp;Burial&nbsp; will be in the McKinnon Cemetery, St. Pauls, NC.</p> <p>Mrs. Betty Faye McKethan, the daughter of the late Harry and Gracie Stephens was born on January 29, 1942 in Bladen County, North Carolina.&nbsp; Our beloved transitioned from this life to meet her Lord and Savior on Sunday, September 12, 2021, which was also Marquese Whitted, her 1st grandson&#39;s birthday.&nbsp; The time was 10:34 pm in the care of Cape Fear Valley Hospital and Medical Center in Fayetteville,&nbsp;NC.</p> <p>Mrs. McKethan attended Paterson Holy Tabernacle in New Jersey where she served as an Evangelist and usher before relocating to St. Pauls, NC to care for her beloved Mother Gracie.&nbsp; Mrs. Betty was a loving, nurturing, discipling, prayer warrior, Mother, sister, aunt, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, and friend.&nbsp; She extended her love to all who embraced it.&nbsp; Her children , William Whitted, Jr. (deceased), Tracey Renee&#39; Crawley, Warren Whitted and Stacey Whitted will forever feel her spiritual presence.</p> <p>She was a widow to the deceased husband, Mr. William Jake McKethan.&nbsp; She leaves to cherish her legacy: one brother, Mr. Nathaniiel Stephens, two sisters, Mrs. Joanne Laney and Brenda Stephens.&nbsp; There are 6 Grandchildren, 10 Great-Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews &amp; a dear friend Rowland McNair.</p> <p>&quot;Please Follow CDC Guidelines&quot;</p> <p>&quot;Social Distancing and Face Covering is Required&quot;</p>
