Pat convinced her uncle to buy her cloth so that she could make a walking suit. The teacher informed Pat that she would not be able to participate in the fashion show because she was not working on the assigned project. However, it did not change her mind... she worked on the walking suit, day and night and had it finished in time for the fashion show. From that day forward, she was known for being a skilled seamstress. When she was first married, everything she cooked had ketchup in it, because she stated that it made things taste better. Not long after, she taught herself how to cook and became the go to person, for recipes. Up until her last moments with us, she was still providing recipes for creamed spinach. Pat lived a very private life, but for those who knew her she was an open book. She believed in God and was baptized at Greater Mount Olive Church as a teenager. She believed in the power of prayer and knew that God was always with her.
She made an impact on everyone that met her, regardless of how long they knew her. Her life and the impact that she had on others, will forever keep her in the hearts of so many.

Condolences may be expressed at: www.mackeppingerfuneralhome.com

Mack Eppinger and Sons Funeral Service, Inc. are in charge of the arrangements.
