Dorothy E. Marcoullier, 94, of Riverside, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, May 25, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Raymond Marcoullier.

Born in Franklin, MA, she was the daughter of the late Salvatore Potenza and Carmella (D'Amelio) Potenza. Mrs. Marcoullier was a loving mother and enjoyed spending time to help raise all her grandchildren. Dorothy was a bookkeeper at the Hattie Ide Chaffee Home of Riverside prior to retiring; she was an assistant to the business manager at Wannamoisett County Club. Dorothy was a member of St. Martha's Church Rosary & Altar Society and volunteered her time for many organizations including; The Ronald McDonald House, Rhode Island Hospital and The Child Advocate Services Association.

She leaves behind two sons; James Marcoullier and his wife Patricia of South Carolina, John Marcoullier and his wife Julie of Maine, three daughters; Joan Regan and her husband John of Milton, MA, Mary Pavao and her husband Elliot of Georgia, Barbara Bergeron and her husband Steven of Riverside, 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She was a sister of Alphonse Potenza, California and Marie Forgit, Franklin, MA. She was the sister of the late Florence Magnuson.

Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at 9:00 AM from the PERRY-McSTAY FUNERAL HOME, 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Martha's Church, Pawtucket Avenue. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling hours Tuesday May 29, 2018 from 4-7 PM.
