Mariano A. Botelho, 63, passed away Friday October 19, 2018 at the Hope Hospice and Palliative Care Center in Providence. He was the husband of Maria F. (Camara) Botelho. Born in Ribeiro Grande, Sao Miguel, Azores, he was a son of the late Manuel and Maria E. (Sefreno) Botelho. Mr. Botelho worked in Landscaping for many years. Besides his wife he leaves three daughters, Sandra Almeida and her husband Ilidio of Pawtucket, Lucy Botelho and her husband Henry DeAndrade of East Providence and Susanne Preston and her husband Christian of East Providence, one son, Jose “Tony” Botelho of East Providence, eight grandchildren, Troy, Jaymin and Henry DeAndrade, Laejah, Christian, Peyton and Gionna Preston and Aiden Almeida, one brother in law, Jose Camara, nine siblings and many nieces and nephews. His funeral will be held on Tuesday October 23, 2018 at 9:00 AM from the PERRY-MCSTAY FUNERAL HOME, 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Traverse Street, Providence.
