Mr. Kenneth Ray Shively was born on August 13,1947 in Campbellsville, Kentucky. He departed this on Monday, September 13, 2021 at the age of 74. Kenneth was the son of the late Dempsey and Margaret Shively.

Kenneth professed his faith in Christ at an early age. Kenneth retired from Ingersol-Rand where he was employed for 30 years. Kenneth was laid back, full of life, joy and laughter. His easy- going personality, smooth presence, and genuine heart impacted the likes of all that he encountered. He was known and loved by many.

In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friend, enjoying good music and fellowship. Keeping up with his daily Television specials and was a dedicated fan of the UofL Cardinals.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Dempsey and Margaret Shively; his daughter, Stephanie Michelle Williams; sisters, Jerry Phillips, Shearion Johnson and Valeria Shively; a brother, Steven Shively; a niece, Sherille Johnson; his fiancé, Ms. Jackie Burton.

He leaves to cherish his memories his daughter, Kim Percell (Bennie) of Campbellsville, KY; Five step-sons, La’monte Burton of Nashville, TN, Tim Burton (Mag) of Lebanon, KY, Tyrone Burton of Atlanta, GA, Don Burton(Polly) of Bardstown, KY and Telly Burton Sr. of Lebanon, KY; a step-daughter, Crystal Mae Blunt (Sedrick) of Bardstown, KY; a sister, Sandra Shively of Campbellsville, KY; a brother, Bert Shively (Carolyn) of Greensburg, KY; Grandchildren, Jordan Percell (Mikayla) of Huntsville, AL, Joshua Percell of Louisville, KY, Jerresha Williams of Franklin KY and Kimon Williams of Nashville, TN and Jasmine Coro of Campbellsville, KY; a great-grandchild, NaRiyah Avri Tucker; 19 step-grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousin and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Fannie Chapel CME Church with Rev. Dewayne Golightly and Rev. Roland K. Puryear officiating. Burial will follow in the Crown Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Fannie Chapel CME church.

We will be following the guidelines of the CDC, everyone attending will be required to have on a mask and social distance will be practice.
