Jason Byrd

Jason Allen Byrd, age 21 of Kyle, Tx, son of Lisa Byrd Starlin and Chris Starlin, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2021. Jason was a lifelong resident of Hays County. He attended La Casa dei Bambini and St. Stephen's Episcopal School. Jason received a certificate of Welding from ACC. He began his welding career at the age of 18. Jason was a member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans, the National Rifle Association, and was an avid motorcycle rider. Jason's many passions over the years included R/C cars, dirt bikes, paintball, gaming with friends around the world, any type of welding, camping, and hanging out at the river. Jason was a skilled archer who qualified for state tournaments several times, and went to national competition in Louisville, Kentucky. Jason is survived by his parents, Lisa & Chris Starlin, his sisters Alice Inclan, Sarah Byrd, Nita Byrd, and Zandra Starlin; his brothers William Byrd, Jessie Byrd, Eric Starlin, and Andrew Starlin; his grandparents Beata Hicks, Jean Starlin, and Remi Pedraza. Jason also leaves behind his many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and niece Lauren Byrd and nephew David Juarez. Jason had many friends, each of whom he held close in his heart. A graveside service honoring Jason will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 16th at St. Stephen's Episcopal Cemetery 6000 Farm to Market Rd 3237 Wimberley, TX.
