Lloyd John Boesch Jr. died peacefully at 3:45am on Saturday, September 11, 2021, in Huntsville, Alabama. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd Boesch Sr. and Marjorie Boesch, as well as his sister, Marjorie Hanle. Lloyd is survived by his wife of 66 years, Carol Clark Boesch; seven daughters, Susan (Roland) Bourgeois, Patricia (Shawn) Stallard, Laurie (James) Kinstler, Kim Boesch, Rebecca (Timothy) Krentel, Julie (Michael) Willis, and Amy (Donald) Earley; 14 grandchildren, Jeffrey Bourgeois (Jessica), Thomas (Leah) Bourgeois and Emilie Bourgeois (Sam), Aubrey, Caroline and Lloyd “Jack” Stallard, Molly Kinstler, (fiancé Philip) and Ross (Cailyn) Kinstler, Timothy (Christina) Krentel, Jane Krentel, Natalie (Christian) Lowman, Andrew Willis, and Anna and Claire Earley; four great-grandchildren, Olivia and James Krentel, Savannah Bourgeois, and a new great-grandson due October 2021; brother, Donald (Michaelyn) Boesch; and sister, Mary (Gary) Loman. Lloyd was a graduate of Tulane University and worked as a chemical engineer for Monsanto Company for 34 years. Family and friends are invited to a memorial service at Good Shepherd Catholic Church on Friday, September 17, with visitation at 12:00 p.m. and funeral mass at 1:00 p.m. Refreshments will be served in the Parish Hall center immediately following mass. The church is located at 13550 Chaney Thompson Rd, Huntsville, AL 35803.
