Samson Leon Joseyounen was a loving father, son, brother, and friend. He left this world suddenly on September 10th, 2021, in Saskatoon, SK at the age of 46 years. Samson Leon Joseyounen was born in La Ronge, SK on October 20th, 1974. Samson will be lovingly remembered by his moms Evelyn Joseyounen & Elsie Skull; his son August Whitedeer; his grandchildren Raiden & Lyla White; his sisters Doris (Peter) Josie, Albertine (Raymond) Dadzene, & Christine (Johnny) Skull; his brothers Jason Joseyounen, & Raymond (Jenny) Donard; his nephews Leon (Sunshine), Baby Jake, Norman, Rene, Chris, Jonathan, & Raye; his nieces Josette, Bella, Ruby, Angel, Jenny, Gina, & Chrissy; his aunts Genevieve Besskkaystare, Jeanette (William) Tsannie, & Elizabeth (Soloman) Benonie; his cousins Martha, Doris, Georgina, Lucy, Napoleon, James, Dorothy, Georgie, Eugene, Gerry, Richard, JB, Aila, Adeline, Marie, Annie, Bernice, Gabriel, Alex, Abraham, Adam, Hector, Genny, Joan, Julienne, Bernadette, Benjiman, James, Patrick, Reanne, Jerry, Martha, Bill, Moise, Daniel, Juliette, Paul John, Gary, Dennis, Gilbert, Raymond, Toby, Jonas, Paul John, Ronnie, Brent Mitchell & Raj. Samson was predeceased by his father’s Leon Paul Joseyounen, & Moise Skull; his infant son; his grandparent Louis (Josette) Chicken-Dishedda & Moise (Marie) Joseyounen; his sisters Valentine Gunn, & Margaret Ann Chicken-Dishedda; his nephew Ray Skull; his aunts/uncles Louise (JB) Joseyounen, Ernest Skull, Issac Corrinne, Archie, MaryAnn Broussie, Skull, Jerome Toutsaint, Margaret (Joseph) Cheba & Allan Joseyounen; as well as numerous other relatives. A Wake Service will be commencing September 13th, 2021, at the residence of Evelyn Joseyounen in Wollaston Lake, SK. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 15th, 2021, at 2 PM at St. Adrian Roman Catholic Church in Wollaston Lake, SK. The Officiant will be the Lay Ministers. Samson’s Honourary Pallbearers were Jonas Donard, Norman Dadzene, Johnny Robillard, Allan (Dora) Whitedeer, James Cook, Napoleon Cook, August Whitedeer, his family & friends in Black Lake, Fond Du Lac, Wollaston Lake & Lac Brochet, as well as all those who shared in Samson’s life. Samson’s Pallbearers are Raymond Donard, Jason Joseyounen, Peter Josie, Brent Robillard, Jason Joseyounen, Jessie Joseyounen, Leon Joseyounen, Abraham Sha’Oulle, & James Besskkaystare.
