Mr. Henry Carson Hess, Jr., 30, passed away Monday (September 13, 2021) at his residence in Waycross. He was born in Chapel Hill, NC but had resided in Ware County most of his life. He was a 2010 graduate of Hilliard High School. He is survived by his mother, April Johnson Hess of Waycross; his father, Henry Hess, Sr. of Blackshear; two sisters, Jennifer Grace Ramirez (Alex) of Blackshear and Marjorie Ellis of Waycross; and several nieces and nephews. Memorialization will be by cremation.
