He married Judy Cessna in Natoma in 1962. Dave loved his family dearly and cared for his aging parents. He loved to sing, hunt, canoe, and studied the Bible extensively. He sang at weddings, funerals, and had a song in his heart for church, family, and any place he could. Many gospel, country, and Willy Nelson songs were his favorites. Dave is survived by his daughter, Lisa Segura; two brothers, Al and Jim Boedeker; several nieces and nephews; and many great-nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; Rufus and Louise Boedeker; and one brother, Loren Boedeker. There will be a celebration of life at a later date. Memorials may be given to the Michael J. Dave will be missed, I had the opportunity to visit the Boedeker house in Natoma with Troy and Al many years ago and we always had a great time. Marcie and I send our condolences, thoughts and prayers to the family.
