Mrs. Gandy passed away on Tuesday, September 7, 2021. Born in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, she was the daughter of the late William Carter McDonald and Ivy Mae Chapman McDonald. Surviving is her son, Shane Gandy; grandsons, Darren and Kyle Foxon, and their families.
