YORK - Rheba Sprouse Lynn, 86, of York, SC passed away on Sunday, August 1, 2021 at Atrium Heath Pineville in Charlotte, NC. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 13, 2021 at First Baptist Church in York, SC with the Reverend Bruce Brooks officiating. A graveside service will follow at 3:00 PM at Enoree Baptist Church Cemetery, 881 Tigerville Rd. Travelers Rest, SC 29690. Rheba was born on August 5, 1934 in Travelers Rest, SC to the late Ennis Eugene Sprouse and Polly Batson Sprouse. She was the widow of Marshall Dennis Lynn. She was a member of First Baptist Church in York where she served as organist for 50 years and was an executive secretary for Bank of York. Rheba is survived by her children and their spouses: Denny Lynn (Cathy), Tommy Lynn (Missy), Lisa Roberts (Tony); her grandchildren and their spouses: Maghan (Brandon), Haley (Kevin), Marshall (Jessica), Matthew (Lisa), Sydney and Charly; her great grandchildren: Kinley, Sam, Raleigh, Andi, Genevieve and Fiona. She is also survived by her sister- in- law, Veda Sprouse and brother- in- law, Larry McCauley. In addition to her parents and husband, Rheba was preceded in death by her brother, Eugene Sprouse and sister, Jewel Sprouse McCauley. In memory of Rheba S.
