Joseph Albert Wren, Sr., age 68, passed away Saturday September 11, 2021, at Baptist Health in Richmond, KY. Joseph was born October 22, 1952, in Rockcastle County, KY to the late LeRoy Wren and Sarah Margaret Mullins Cain. Joseph had many different occupations. Some would have said he was a jack of all trades. He Loved his family, spending time with his grandchildren and loved being outdoors, fishing or working on cars. Joseph was of the Baptist faith. Other than his parents Joseph was preceded in death by one sister, Flossie Lou Cain, one brother, Paul Wren, and stepfather Henry Cain. Joseph is survived by three children, Joseph Albert Wren, Jr. (Tasha Sandlin), Teresa Wren (James Barlow), Melissa Wren (Irving Wilkinson), stepchildren, Tiffany Morman, Jason Morman, one brother, Jesse Wren, three sisters, Rosalee Langley (Marcus), Lola McBride, Arlene Hurst, fiancé, Kathy Morman, grandchildren, Jackson Alexander Wren, Jacob Keith Wren, Joseph Michael Chase Sandlin, step grandchildren, Brinkley Osborne, Blaik Cates, Brantley Cates, Nathan Likins, and Adalyn “Ady” Morton. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive. Visitation will be 11:00AM Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at Davis & Powell Funeral Home with funeral services starting at 2:00 PM. Bro. John Doss will be officiating.
