<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Frances Lucille Brown Chisolm </strong>was born in Jacksonville, Florida on May 15, 1945, to Benjamin F. Brown, Sr. and Edith Napoleon Brown. She graduated from Douglas Anderson in 1963. She was a member of Mt. Zion AME Church. She married Fred Chisolm on July 5, 1980. In their union they had eight children.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Frances </strong>was a very loving, supportive, and devoted mother. She began her mission of providing a loving home for many foster children and a second chance at life. She strongly believed that all children needed to be loved. She was a safe haven for EVERYONE.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Frances </strong>departed her life on Friday, September 10, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Chisolm; parents, Benjamin F. Brown, Sr. and Edith Napoleon Brown; her children, Danielle Chisolm, Richard Chisolm and Keith Chisolm; sisters, Pamela Lewis and Adrian Hargrove; brothers, PFC Benjamin F. Brown Jr., Hugh D. Robinson and Michael&nbsp; Brown; niece, Katherine R. Brown; and nephew, Grover Byard, IV.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Frances</strong> leaves to cherish her memories, her children, Paula Chisolm-Wallace (Kevin), Fredricka M. Chisolm, Paul Chisolm, Melinda Chisolm and Wayne Chisolm; her sisters, Bennie Byard, Maxine Brown, Thelma Brown, Deborah Neal (Alfonso), Patricia B. Martin (Oliver), and Flesica Dawson; &nbsp;brothers, Beryl Napoleon and Ira Brown; her grandchildren, Keiona, Elijah, Brandi, Tiffany, Me&rsquo;juana, Harmon and My&rsquo;lah; her godchildren, Michaud (Superman), Hugh (Huey), Arneka and Candice; and a host of nieces, nephews among them Michelle, Corrie, Ben, Stephan, Trevor and Shelby, cousins other relatives and friends including best friends, Deloris Gray and Gary McGinley.</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Sarah L. Frances Lucille Brown Chisolm was born in Jacksonville, Florida on May 15, 1945, to Benjamin F. Brown, Sr. and Edith Napoleon Brown. She graduated from Douglas Anderson in 1963.
