<p>Dolores&quot; Kay&quot; Mullen, 82, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania passed away September 10, 2021 at Hershey Medical Center. She was born on February 15, 1939 in Churchtown, Pennsylvania to Earl and Helen (Rowe) Ryder. Dolores known to friends and family as &quot;Kay&quot; spent her early years as a devoted wife and homemaker. She worked for Valley Bank on the square in the 70&#39;s and 80&#39;s. She enjoyed the love of horses and shared that with her daughter and her granddaughter, loved to watch sprint car racing. She was also a true NASCAR fan. Kay was a true friend to all that knew her and always had a kind, loving heart for her family. Kay is survived by her two children: Linda (wife of Robert Terry) Runk of Clarendon, NC. and Brian (husband of Denise) Mullen of Newville, PA. She has two grandchildren; Yvonne and Brittany Mullen of Newville. She is also survived by an older brother, Harold (husband of Nancy) Ryder of Camp Hill, Pa and a younger sister Carole (wife of Gary) Pratt of Sykesville, MD. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth A. Mullen. A memorial service will be conducted at a later date at the families discretion. The family requests the omission of flowers and asks that memorial donations be sent to Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter, Chambersburg, PA 17202.
