Billy Shay Burch, age 39 of Greenwood, FL, passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021, at his residence, under the care of Marianna Hospice Group, and with his family by his side.

Services for Billy will be held at 2pm Wednesday, September 15, 2021 in the Family First Funeral Care chapel with Chaplain John Gormley officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from noon until service time. Burial will follow in the Ashford City Cemetery with full military honors.

Billy attended Rehobeth Schools and Wallace College.  After school he joined the army and went to basic training where he was found to have cancer.  Billy moved to Florida in 2007 so that his Mother could help care for him.  Billy's favorite movie was Young Guns.

Survivors include a son Braden Burch, daughter Bailynn Shay Burch; father Harvey D. Burch, Jr (Judy) and mother Patricia Ray McDonough (Andy); brother Dray Burch.
