Mr. Dennis “Duane” Fortner, age 49, of Ekron, KY passed away Saturday, September 11, 2021, at his residence.  Duane was a security guard for Allied Security.

Duane was preceded in death by his mother, Marie Fortner; and a grandmother, Eleanor “Nora” King.  He is survived by his father, Dennis G. Fortner; and a sister, Tammy D. McAtee.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon Wednesday, September 15, 2021, in the Chapel of the Hager Funeral Home, with Rev. Toan Do officiating.  Burial will follow in St. George Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until the time of service on Wednesday.
